My son Adam spends countless hours between the training center, his hockey clinics, practices and games. We never seem to have time to get his equipment cleaned and deodorized properly. Carrollton, Texas . Last March, we purchased a SPORT-O-ZONE machine and it has been the best thing ever! We place all kinds of our sports equipment in the machine and it comes out bacteria free. We have had our share of Staph Infections and this machine has assisted us in cutting down the number of bacteria related cases in our middle and high schools athletic programs.
After the game and at the end of the season, our football coaches place their helmets and shoulder pads in the machine and the machine disinfects them in a quick amount of time. The coaches know that after each treatment, the equipment is bacteria free. Parents love the idea that we are being proactive in our fight against bacterial infections.
A side benefit to the machine is after the load is complete. When the lid is opened, the ozone is released into the air traveling through out the building via the air ducts and killing bacteria a long the way.
