Deciding if you want a single or double mixing tank system is usually where people start.  Each tank system comes with a Honda 5.5 hp pump and motor, a mixer and the necessary attachments.  The 100 gallon single tank stgores enough paint for 1 coat.  The twin 55 gallon tanks offer the ability to simultaneously mix paint in the back while painting the ice which reduces your time to paint since there is no stopping to mix the paint.  Be advised the double tank does not fit on our cart.

Advantages of a double tank system

Paint your ice white applying 3 coats of Lumin’ice Pro in an hour with our continuous painting system.  The double tank system allows you to mix the paint at the same time you are painting.  As one tank empties, simply shut the valve off that tank #1 and open the valve from on tank #2, which will already be mixed, and start mixing in tank#1 immediately.  This allows for continuous painting of the ice.  When the next to last drum is finished (usually after about 2 1/2 coats of white), it can easily be removed from the system using the included quick disconnects, rinsed clean, re-attached to the system, and filled with clean water to immediately start sealing the paint when the white paint is all used up. 

Your painting crew never has to leave the ice and your ice stays cleaner. 
The double tank system solves the problem of lost labor cost just from staff stopping to mix paint.  This continuous painting system your painters never leave the ice.   You need as little as three  people on the ice (one walking the wand, and 2 moving the hose) and one in the back room mixing.

If you already have a spray boom (or wand) it will probably work with our tank systems.  If you need a boom, our is constructed of high quality materials and provides a consistent and uniform spray.  Features include a 10' wide spray pattern, threaded hose connect, and "T-jet" spray nozzle.

225' is usually what is ordered and is what is shown in the photo but you can order any length you need.  Our 1" hose is custom cut to your required length and it will come with 1" fittings.
